Terms of use.

These terms apply to the Android game Da Vinci Hidden Codex (the "Game"), published by NitroEdge Studios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("NitroEdge Studios", "we"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them. Google Play's terms also apply to how you obtain the Game.

1. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control. We may end this licence if you break these terms.

2. What you may not do

You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the Game; reverse engineer, decompile or modify it, except where the law allows this despite these terms; remove copyright or trademark notices; or use the Game, its art, text or puzzles to build or train another product.

3. Who owns the Game

The Game and its code, art, story, puzzles, sounds and names belong to NitroEdge Studios LLC or its licensors. Da Vinci Hidden Codex™, NitroEdge Studios™ and the NitroEdge logo are trademarks of NitroEdge Studios LLC. Third-party components are used under their own licences, listed in the Game under About & Legal.

4. Ads and other services

The Game shows ads from Google AdMob and uses Google Firebase for game statistics and crash reports. How information is handled is explained in our privacy policy: https://nitroedgestudios.com/privacy/da-vinci-hidden-codex/

5. Story and history

Bartolo Vanni, his workshop and the plot are fiction. Notes about Leonardo da Vinci and history are labelled Historical, Reconstruction or Fiction and are given for entertainment, without guarantee that they are complete or error-free.

6. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the Game or any part of it. Some updates may be needed to keep playing.

7. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free play.

8. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, NitroEdge Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress. Our total liability for any claim about the Game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Game or 50 US dollars.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
