Asterism Terms of Use

1. Using the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Asterism on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the app except as allowed by law. If you downloaded Asterism from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

2. Stardust and in-app purchases

• Stardust is an in-game currency used for hints, reveals and extra lives. Stardust and the Remove Ads upgrade are licenses to use digital items inside the app, not property. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money, sold or transferred.
• Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled under their policies.
• Stardust is stored on your device. If you delete the app or change devices, unused stardust can't be recovered.
• Remove Ads can be restored on a new device with Settings → Restore purchases, using the same Apple or Google account.
• We may adjust prices, rewards and in-game balances.

3. Ads

Asterism is supported by ads, including ads between levels and optional reward videos. Remove Ads stops the ads between levels; optional reward videos remain available if you choose to watch them.

4. Daily leaderboard

• Your display name and daily solved count are public.
• Don't use a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone, or includes personal information. We may change or remove any name.
• Some leaderboard entries are computer-controlled rivals, labelled "AI".
• Leaderboard rankings are for fun and carry no prizes. We may remove entries that appear to be cheating.

5. Your conduct

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with the app or its servers, or use the app in a way that breaks the law.

6. Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. Some features, such as the leaderboard and ads, need an internet connection.

7. Disclaimer

Asterism is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NitroEdge Studios LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, at https://nitroedgestudios.com/privacy/asterism/, explains what information the app collects and how it is used.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
